An agreement on mutual cooperation was signed between the Tashkent State University of Economics and the Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan.
According to this agreement, students will be attached to entrepreneurs based on the “master-apprentice tradition” and will have the opportunity to gain experience in a combination of practice and theory.
Indeed, the role of business entities in providing employment to the unemployed population is incomparable. Therefore, great attention is paid to state support and encouragement of export activities in our country, and large export organizations are being created.
In this regard, in order to further develop entrepreneurship and maintain macroeconomic stability, on January 14 of this year, the signing of the Presidential Decree “On measures to implement the export potential of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2021” is helping to further increase the export potential of our country.
“One of our main goals is to form entrepreneurship and business knowledge and skills among students, and to spread the concept of export widely,” said the rector of the university, Kun’irotboy Sharipov. – Today, supporting entrepreneurship, further developing its scientific and practical criteria, creating experience for students who are taking an independent step in life is an urgent issue. Our present cooperation agreement is important for the positive resolution of these issues.
The Economic Assembly of Uzbekistan, the “Uzbekistan Exporters” Association, which was established on March 23, 2019, is significant because of its perspective.
“The assembly works on creating national brands in our country, organizing professional holidays for marketing, management and business representatives,” said Mukhtar Umarov, the chairman of the assembly. — That is, the economic organization will study and analyze foreign markets for our local producers, along with attracting investments to Uzbekistan. At the same time, he planned to organize showrooms for Uzbek products in the partner countries.
By the way, this assembly, which is a novelty for the economy and business world of our country, unites 12 local advanced associations and national centers. His priority tasks are to ensure the participation of representatives of the non-state business sector in changes in the economy of our country, legislation and state programs, to protect their local and international law and interests, and to assist in communicating the issues of businessmen’s activities to higher state organizations.
The information is in place. The Assembly has an international arbitration court, a media center, a business academy for training and professional development, an electronic platform for entering foreign markets, as well as IT departments that provide services to representatives of the business community.
According to its program, it also works on the development of foreign economic relations, organization of international exhibitions and business forums. In this regard, joint work with students and staff of Tashkent State University of Economics is expected, but it will be highly effective.
