Today, October 19, the official opening event of the International School of Economics and Finance center under the academic leadership of the London School of Economics was held. Specialists are trained in this center based on the international joint educational program of the Tashkent State University of Economics and the University of London.
The uniqueness of the program lies in the fact that graduates receive diplomas from the TSUE and the University of London. Additionally, the teaching process is entirely in English, and the study materials and final control tests are prepared and evaluated by LSE. This ensures transparency and quality of education in the study process.
Starting from the 2021/2022 academic year, through the establishment of this joint educational program, specialists will be trained in the following undergraduate education areas:
- Accounting and finance;
- Economy (Economics);
- Banking and finance;
- This joint educational program gives graduates the opportunity to work in prestigious organizations of our country and abroad.
We believe that through the project, students with the best knowledge and skills will contribute to the future of our country with new ideas and experiences.
The event was attended by the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education, the Ministry of Economic Development and Poverty Alleviation, the management of the University of London and LSE, students and their parents.
For reference, It is well known that UK education and innovation is renowned for its achievements around the world. LSE ranks 27th in the international ranking of THE. It also ranks 2nd in the world in social sciences and management, and 4th in the world in accounting and finance in the QS ranking.
As a result, Cooperation relations were established and a memorandum was signed with this university on November 13, 2020. As LSE is a member of the University of London Federation. It implements its IJDP as a member of this federation.
